*This dvd is great when you’re in a time crunch or can’t make it to the gym. There’s enough yoga elements to challenge your flexibility and enough cardio to make you complain. I like to use this dvd before work in the morning, just to get the blood flowing. (Then I do my “real” workout after work.) If you’re trying to lose weight, I don’t think it’s a good idea to substitute your 60+ minute exercise with this video for long term, but this works well to supplement your current fitness plan. And, as always, a little something is better than nothing.
